The Celebrity Cricket League is getting more and more exciting by the day as all four teams battle it out to secure a place in the finals

It's the first season of CCL and though four matches have already been played, the final slots are still wide open. Despite Karnataka topping the points table, all the other three teams still have a good chance of securing the other top spot and that's what is making this competition very exciting! Says Suriya, the captain of the Chennai Rhinos, "I'm sure our boys will do well. We have been practising hard and are looking forward to the matches." For actress Shriya Saran, the CCL is all about glitz, glamour, fun and action. She says, "It is close to my heart, not just because my actor friends from four different film industries are coming together, but also because I am the brand ambassador for its first season! I'm also happy that the funds raised go towards movie artistes' association and charity!"
