The latest news in tinsel town is that sexy siren Anushka Shetty will soon make her Bollywood debut with the Hindi remake of Vaanam.

She could well repeat her screen success for the third time, this time in Hindi, by reprising the sex worker role she essayed in her hit Telugu movie Vedam and its Tamil remake Vaanam.

Apparently, the dusky beauty’s close friend and filmmaker Krish has been roped in to direct the Bollywood version.

Reportedly, Krish has said that he is making a few changes in the script to suit Bollywood audiences. The director also feels that it would be ideal if Anushka reprises the hooker’s role in Hindi.

It remains to be seen whether Anushka will make her Bollywood debut with an offbeat role. It may be recalled that the lissome actress turned down the B’Town offer when she was approached for the Hindi remake of her Tamil blockbuster movie Singam with Ajay Devgn

Titled 'Singham', the Hindi version is directed by Rohit Shetty and stars B-town's talented actor Ajay Devgan, our very own Prakash Raj and beauty Kajal Agarwal. The film is bannered under Reliance Entertainment and has been entirely shot in Goa.

Singham's first look has been released along with Salman Khan-Asin starrer 'Ready' which releases today (June 3). Ajay said to have requested his good friend Salman to attach Singham's trailer with 'Ready'.
